All moved out of the room I lived in for the past 6 years. Kinda weird, but it was time for a change.

Hmm, I haven’t blogged or written anything in a while. Perhaps it’s time to change that.
Tonight, I was deglazing a glass baking dish across two burners when it suddenly exploded, sending chunks of glass and boiling white wine sauce everywhere. Are you not supposed to heat glass on the stovetop? I’ve seen people do it with casserole dish-like glassware before before.
Here the presence of melanosomes — characteristic bodies that give feathers their colour — is demonstrated in feathers and feather-like structures of fossil early birds and dinosaurs from the Early Cretaceous Jehol Group of China. Not only is it shown that the feather–like structures of dinosaurs such asSinosauropteryx really are akin to feathers, it is also possible to speculate in an informed way about their colour.
Imagine Microsoft Office turned into a video game. One where learning a productivity app is a delight. One where the core loop of gameplay involves using and gaining skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
It sounds a bit unlikely doesn’t it?
Well, I’m happy to announce the availability of Ribbon Hero, a new download from Microsoft that turns using Office into a game. I’ve been helping the fine folks over in Office Labs with the design and we are all immensely proud that this is getting released to the public. Huge kudos to Jen, Jonas and the rest of the team. on a cold gray morning in the last gasps of winter, that he would have a chance to find out after all.
He had awoken to the sound of thundering hooves and a pounding on his door. A scrap of parchment had been thrust into his hands, and the messenger had retreated in a dwindling cloud of dust. As he stood outside, rubbing the sleep from his eyes, he couldn’t help but think of the irony of the situation.
Through the years, he had wondered from time to time if his once-renowned abilities had decayed as they had lain fallow, or if they merely needed to be dusted off. Lately, he had begun wishing, somewhat perversely, that the war had gone on for longer. How many more victories might he have won, if only there had been battles still left to be fought?
Of course, he could refuse the summons. His blade had rusted through from years of disuse, and his chainmail had been tailored for a decided lack of paunch. No one would think ill of a retired veteran, past his prime, choosing to live out his remaining days in peace.
But if he did that, then he would never know.
After looking through all of the themes (yes, even the Theme Garden ones) I didn’t really see one that I liked. But I also know that if I start customizing the HTML and CSS I’ll be up all night. So I’ll save that for later.
Omg, tricked into making a Tumblr when I just wanted to post a comment. Hmm, that’s how my Xanga started too…
